Bodice is white and features Cookie Monster applique accented with pink/blue trim and satin bows. Sleeves are extra full and have encased elastic. Skirt is very full and gathered for plenty of swishy fun! Diaper Cover is candy pink with 2 rows of pink pin stripe ruffles accented with pink lace/trim You may have your choice of Rhumba Diaper Cover or Rhumba Panty.
