Frilly Adult Baby Sissy Dress Custom Aunt D. This classic baby dress features lots of fine white lace and satin ribbon and is made of soft polyester/cotton.

It is shown in a couple of combinations, but you can pick your own colors. The collar, shoulder frill, sleeve frill, tie and skirt frill are in contrast color and all have white lace. There are ties at the side to make a nice bow in the back.
